The aim of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies in the Tuscany Health Ecosystem is to promote the health of the population within the Tuscan social and healthcare ecosystem through the implementation of organizational, clinical, technological, and legal innovations. The School plays a central role in Spoke 10, coordinating its activities and leading a partnership that includes Tuscan universities and the company Dedalus, which operates in the digital health sector. The activities are divided into five areas: promoting the health of the population in inland areas; integrating care pathways to ensure continuity and maximize the creation of public value through the optimization of human, financial, and instrumental resources; promoting an integrated care system for the population with chronic diseases; the active involvement of users of social and health services by adopting the ‘Living Lab’ methodology, places where innovation can be co-created together with all the actors involved; the creation of a thematic and transmedia archive of stories of immigrant women in the Tuscany Region.
